In Battles there is an exercise that say: "I wouldn't do that if I were you".

I ask; can I organize it in another way, for example: "if I were you I wouldn't do that"?

Yes, you can also say "If I were you I wouldn't do that.". It is perfectly correct. Though I think I've heard the first way more often for that specific example.

But if you don't put the sentence in the 1st order than Henlex show, the sistem say you that it is wrong

That's a good point, Mayte. I'll have to see if I can improve that. It's hard for the system to take into account every possible correct answer. -
