Will be doing vs will have done

En esta lección, aprenderás cómo usar el futuro continuo y el futuro presente.

Futuro continuo (will be doing)

Esta estructura se usa para hablar de cosas que estarán ocurriendo en un determinado tiempo del futuro. Se construye usando el will + be + verbo + ing:

• Next Monday, I will be working on a new project. 
  El próximo lunes, estaré trabajando en un proyecto nuevo.
• Jackson will be traveling to Egypt tomorrow morning. 
  Jackson estará viajando a Egipto mañana en la mañana.
• Marco won't be working next week. 
  Marco no estará trabajando la semana que viene.

En ciertas ocaciones podemos usar el futuro continuo de forma muy similar al futuro simple.

• The singer will be performing live this afternoon. (futuro continuo)
  El/La cantante estará presentándose en vivo esta tarde.
• The singer will perform live this afternoon. (futuro simple)
  El/La cantante se presentará en vivo esta noche.

Futuro perfecto (will be done)

El futuro perfecto se usa para hablar de acciones que se completarán en el futuro antes de que otra cosa ocurra. Se construye utilizando will + have + participio pasado del verbo. 

• By 2022, I will have started college.
  Para el 2022, habré comenzado la universidad.
• Before the game finishes, the team will have scored 3 points. 
  Antes de que el juego acabe, el equipo habrá anotado 3 puntos.
• Will you have finished the lesson before 5pm? 
  ¿Habrás terminado la lección antes de las 5pm?

También podemos usarlo para expresar que una acción continuará hasta un tiempo determinado.
